Since 1985 Clear Consulting has served the healthcare delivery and finance markets, working with senior executives in, Hospitals, Single-Specialty and Large Multispecialty Group Practices, as well as, Insurance, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical Companies. Interactions range from business development, relationship improvement and reimbursement contract construction that offer our clients improved performance that ease administrative requirements and optimize revenue year over year.

Clear Consulting is an acknowledged authority on hospital/physician integration through direct relationships or IPAs, medical practice start-ups, re-engineering strategies including ACO development. We specialize in payer provider reimbursement contracts including value based, risk, and fee for service. Additionally, Clear Consulting works with healthcare businesses to assess needs for electronic health record systems.

Executive Team

Michelle Perillo is President and CEO of Clear Consulting Inc. She works with healthcare related businesses to discover and integrate new business processes, services, and revenue models. A major focus is working with healthcare providers (Physicians, Hospitals, Integrated Networks) and their administrators to analyze utilization and services based on payer specific data and negotiate contracts that maximize revenues. She also works with provider groups to identify electronic health records and practice management needs as well as new services and new practice startups.

During her career in healthcare she has held executive level positions such as Vice President and General Manager of the Healthcare Division at Comercis, Inc a startup healthcare electronic records and communication company; as a Health Management Consultant for Schering-Plough/Merck Pharmaceuticals; as CEO and President at Alternare Resources, Inc., a start-up company focused on 24 hour health information available through web based call centers. Prior to these roles Ms Perillo was Director of Healthcare Services for Premera, a Blue Cross regional health plan in the Northwest, where she advanced managed care initiatives and developed software that was adopted across the region to run the medical management division

Ms Perillo holds a Masters of Business Administration-Healthcare from Marylhurst University, Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Linfield College, is a Registered Nurse and has completed an upper division certificate program in Mediation and Negotiation from Portland State University.

Lindsay Leblanc is Director of Clear Consulting Inc. She works with healthcare related businesses to discover and integrate new business processes, services, and revenue models. A major focus is working with healthcare providers and their administrators to analyze utilization and services based on payer specific data and negotiate contracts that maximize revenues. Throughout her career, Lindsay has periodically consulted for Clear Consulting and last year seized the opportunity to work full time at Clear Consulting. In her role at Clear Consulting Lindsay has increased contracted revenue by $100,000 for a client in 2016 and over $95,000 for another client’s top 3 contracts in the first months of 2017.

Her experience in the healthcare market for the last 10 years has been working on the commercial side with large and small hospitals, clinics and physician groups negotiating contracts for special purchases and capital equipment. During her career in Healthcare, she has worked for Becton Dickenson and Abbott Laboratories in Account Executive roles where she managed multimillion dollar accounts across 6 states. During these engagements, she achieved a top rating in sales and contract management.

Ms. LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, Major Journalism Minor Business.
